This course is a gentler version of astanga vinyasa yoga, the basis of power yoga. The same energetic flow will be used to reduce stress and depression and to increase energy, strength, flexibility, and mental focus. The class will end with relaxation. A basic knowledge of yoga is suggested, although beginners are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats will be provided. Limited to 16.
