Hatha yoga is an ancient system of exercise performed slowly in coordination with deep and controlled breathing. This noncompetitive discipline emphasizes the experiencing of each position rather than the perfecting of it. The entire being is involved: mind and body work together to bring about mental and physical well-being. Limited to 15.
