Frances Srulowitz taught Chinese cooking at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education for many years. She gained her expertise by living in Taiwan for a year, taking cooking classes in Boston with Nina Symonds, and studying at the WeIchuan cooking school in Taipei.
Visit Chinese grocery stores on their busiest day and enjoy a Chinese dim sum (luncheon). Get all the questions answered that you always wanted to know about Chinese food but were afraid to ask. Food costs will be about $12. Save your appetite, because we will be eating first. Limited to 12.
