Italy's Renaissance began in Tuscany, and yours will, too. From tiny farmhouses to glorious castles, it has been the inspiration for history's great artists, poets, and musicians. In this evening with two natives. enjoy the rolling hills, hilltop villages, and sweeping vineyards via a slide presentation. We'll sample antipasti before our meal of spaghettata, a delicious salad, and a wonderful dessert. This is a demonstration class only, and some dishes will be prepared ahead of time (but you'll be shown how to make them) so that we will all have time to enjoy a meal together. Feel free to bring your own wine! Limited to 24.
