A self-taught cook and experienced instructor, Wichian Rojanawon has been teaching Thai cooking classes in the Boston area for over 20 years. His recipes and his work were featured in the Boston Globe, the Boston Globe Magazine, and many local newspapers. Chosen from a pool of over 500 instructors, Wichian obtained Outstanding Teacher Achievement Awards from the Boston Center for Adult Education in 1990 and 2003.

The techniques of Thai cooking need not be difficult. If you like dining out on Thai food, you can expand your enjoyment and save a lot of money by cooking at home. Learn to prepare simple, delicious dishes for lunch and dinner, including chicken in coconut soup, hot and sour shrimp, satay chicken with peanut sauce, pad Thai, Thai spring rolls, green/Masaman/Phanang curries, and a dessert - black sweet rice with ripe mangoes. In addition, at the end of the course we will take a Saturday morning shopping trip to Chinatown. Limited to 16.
