Guarantee to Our Students

The Cambridge Center’s goal is to provide high quality programs to the community we serve. While we are proud of the fact that most of our students report a high level of satisfaction with our courses, we recognize our responsibility to those whose class did not fulfill their legitimate expectations. If you feel that your class was not satisfactory, or you are not satisfied that the course delivered what was promised, the Center will return the full dollar value of your course fee to you in the form of a course credit voucher (materials fee not included; valid for three years from date of issue) under the following conditions: 1. That we receive a written request for the course voucher within one month of the completion of the course. 2. That you complete a Cambridge Center course evaluation. Note: Course materials will not be included in the voucher amount.
