Tuition
Full tuition must accompany your registration. Payment may be made by check,
money order, or MC/Visa. Tuition paid for one term may not be credited
to another term. Please make checks payable to CCAE. There is a $5 charge
for checks returned due to insufficient funds.
Registration Fee
There is a $6.00 registration fee due once per person per term. If your tuition for the term totals $25 or under, the $6 registration fee will be waived. This fee is refundable only if your class is
cancelled, or if our changes render you unable to attend.
Filled Courses
If your course is filled, you will be put on a wait list and notified of a choice to transfer or receive a refund. If you paid by credit card your account will not be charged. If you paid with separate checks for each course, your check will not be deposited.
In most circumstances, we require at least five people to be registered in order for a class to run. If your class is cancelled, we will notify you at least one day before the class is scheduled to begin. If you need more notice, we suggest you call the Center to check the enrollment. If your course is cancelled, you can either request a full refund or transfer to another course of your choice, space permitting.

Registration Confirmations
Confirmations available upon request. You’re enrolled in your class and placed on the class list as soon as we receive your registration and payment. If you register by e-mail and don’t receive confirmation within 5 days, please call the Registration office at (617) 547-6789 ext. 1. We will send changes, supplies lists, addresses to outside locations, and we will let you know promptly if your first choice is filled.
Single Admission
To try out a course, single-session admission tickets may be purchased for most courses at the time of the class (space permitting). Prices range from $18 to $45. These tickets do not hold a space in the class. If you decide to register for the remainder of the course, the balance will be due at the time of registration.
Supplies
Except where noted, art supplies and study materials are not included in the tuition.
