Refunds, Transfers and Withdrawals
We will refund your program payment by check or charge card or issue you program credit in the following cases:
Before the Start of Class:
1. If the program you register for is
cancelled or if there is a Center initiated schedule change which renders
you unable to attend the program, we will refund your full payment.
2. If we receive your request to withdraw at least 48 business hours prior
to the start time of your class or event, you may receive either a refund or
a credit towards any program within the next three years. Refunds on classes
or events are subject to a $10 processing fee. Events under $25 are non-refundable;
you will receive a credit toward any program within the next three years. The
$6 registration fee is non-refundable. Refunds generally take 3-4 weeks.
3. You may transfer out of a one or two session course, event or conference
provided you notify us at least 24 business hours prior to the start time. There
are no refunds for transfers, but price differences may be applied to another
course within the next three years. (For courses that meet three or more sessions,
please see below for transfer information).
On or After the First Day of Class:
1. You may transfer once within the current term provided you notify us prior to the second meeting of a multiple session course (three or more meetings) and there is space available. There are no refunds for transfers, but price differences may be applied to another program within the next three years.
2. We regret that no refunds or credits can be granted on or after the start date of your class or event.
